Delivery and pickup terms

Delivery on non-holiday days Within the Moscow Ring Road:

• Minimum order for flowers/bouquets: 70 rubles
• Delivery cost: 10 rubles or free for orders of 100 rubles or more
• Minimum delivery interval: 1-2 hours (during peak and busy times, this may be extended)
• Related products (balloons, cards, petals, teddy bears, paint-by-numbers kits, etc.) are only delivered with the bouquet.
• When accepting an order for arrangements in boxes or baskets, the manager may request an advance payment of up to 50%, as the flowers will be specially trimmed when assembling your order.
• ATTENTION! If the buyer refuses to purchase after the courier's arrival, the buyer has the right to refuse the purchase before the goods are delivered to him, provided that the seller is reimbursed for expenses incurred in fulfilling the contract (clause 3 of Article 467 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Belarus and clause 22 of the Rules for the Sale of Goods by Sample). In case of refusal of the goods, the Buyer is obliged to reimburse the seller for all costs incurred in connection with the delivery of the goods and their return from the Buyer (10 rubles within the Moscow Ring Road).
