Delivery of orders
Terms of delivery and pickup: October 14, February 14, March 6-8
Delivery
- The minimum amount for ordering flowers is 200 rubles
- To place an order for compositions in boxes and baskets, an advance payment of 50% will be required
- delivery cost within the Moscow Ring Road – 10 rubles
- beyond the Moscow Ring Road we deliver up to 5 km from the ring road, delivery cost 10 rubles + 1 km from the Moscow Ring Road/1 ruble
- minimum delivery interval – 3 hours
- we don't deliver balloons
- in case of heavy workload, we have the right to refuse to place your order
Pickup
- The minimum order amount for flowers is 100 rubles
- To place an order for compositions in boxes and baskets, an advance payment of 50% will be required
- 10% discount does not apply to flowers when pre-ordering for pick-up
- dice don't work
- in case of heavy workload, we have the right to refuse to place your order
Without placing an order, you can come to one of our stores and buy flowers on the spot, choosing from stock.

Terms of delivery and pickup on regular days
Delivery
- The minimum amount for ordering flowers is 45 rubles
- delivery cost within the Moscow Ring Road is 7 rubles or free if the total flower order is over 70 rubles
- delivery cost outside the Moscow Ring Road (up to 15 km) – 7 rubles + 1 ruble per 1 km from the Moscow Ring Road
- Check with the manager for the cost and possibility of delivery beyond the Moscow Ring Road over 15 km
- The minimum delivery interval is 1 hour (during peak and busy hours the interval may be increased)
- related products (balloons, cards, petals, teddy bears, paintings by numbers, etc.) are delivered only with a bouquet
Pickup
- The minimum amount for ordering flowers is 30 rubles
- If you pre-order for pick-up, there is a 10% discount on flowers
- cannot be combined with other discounts
- The discount applies only to fresh flowers and bouquets from the site dolinaroz.by only with pre-order (at least 1-2 hours in advance)
- The discount does not apply to wedding bouquets/dried flowers and stabilized bouquets/arrangements

Questions related to the appearance of flowers and balloons are accepted at the time of receipt/purchase of the order. After checking the received order, claims regarding the quality of the flowers/balloons will not be accepted, so please check the flowers and balloons carefully upon receipt.
Real flowers and helium balloons are not subject to exchange or return in accordance with Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus dated June 14, 2002 No. 778 (as amended by Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus dated February 2, 2022 No. 62).
If, at the time of delivery to the specified address within the agreed time interval, the customer or recipient is absent or does not open the door/do not pick up the phone, the courier returns the flowers to our store, and within 2 days they can be picked up from our store. Repeated delivery within the Moscow Ring Road – 15 rubles. The courier at the address can wait up to 10 minutes.
We always call the recipient in advance before delivery. When you call, we don’t say what we’re bringing and from whom, we simply introduce ourselves as the delivery service, thereby maintaining the surprise. Delivery without a call (surprise delivery) is possible only at your request and only to delivery locations: an apartment with free access to the entrance, a place of work with a separate entrance from the street.
Delivery to hospitals, schools, universities, colleges, dormitories, shopping centers, office buildings, parks, factories and other crowded places is carried out to the main entrance/reception/watch/checkpoint.
If a paid order is canceled for reasons beyond our control (refusal by the customer or recipient), the order can be picked up within 2 days from our store or a refund of up to 50% of the order amount is possible.
Delivery to third parties
Delivery to third parties is carried out on the basis of the data left in the application or by telephone by the Customer. The transfer of goods is carried out without confirmation and signature of the customer/recipient. After receipt of the goods by the customer, the seller does not accept claims regarding the quality and completeness of the Goods, and obligations are considered fulfilled in full.
Contact information is used solely to communicate with the customer or recipient. We do not provide the recipient with customer details upon delivery for confidentiality reasons. The recipient's data, which was specified during the delivery process, is confidential and is not disclosed to the customer.
