AlfaBank

You can pay for your order online with a Belcard, Visa, MasterCard bank card through the Alfa-Bank system.
1. Place an order by adding the product “Add to Cart”. In payment methods, select “Pay by card”.
2. After choosing the online payment method by bank card, you will be redirected to the secure payment page of the Alfa-Bank system.
3. The payment page will display the order number in the online store, name of the product(s)/service, order amount and payment currency. Enter your bank card details - number, name on the card, expiration date, CVV2/CVC2 code and email address to receive an electronic card receipt and click "Pay".
4. If your card and bank support the 3D-Secure security standard, you may be prompted to enter your 3D-Secure secret password. To obtain a 3D-Secure password, you must contact your bank (the phone number is indicated on your bank card).

As a result of the payment made using a bank payment card, a card receipt will be generated in electronic form (sent to your email address specified when entering payment details), reflecting the details of the payment transaction and serving as confirmation of the payment transaction. Keep the receipt until you receive the goods/services and for reconciliation with the card account statement (in order to confirm completed transactions in case of disputes).

After clicking the “Buy” button you will be redirected to a special secure payment page of the bePaid processing system

The payment page will indicate the order number and payment amount. To pay, you need to enter your card details and confirm the payment by clicking the “Pay” button.

If your card supports 3-D Secure technology, your system will prompt you to go through a standard one-minute procedure
checking the cardholder on the page of your bank (the bank that issued your card).

After payment, our manager will contact you to clarify delivery details.

Please note that after the payment has been made, a payment confirmation will be sent to the email address you provided. We ask you to save your payment details.

We accept payments by the following bank cards: Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro, Belcard.

Payments by bank cards are made through the bePaid electronic payment system. The payment page of the bePaid system meets all data transmission security requirements (PCI DSS Level 1). All confidential data is stored in encrypted form and is highly resistant to hacking. Access to authorization pages is carried out using a protocol that ensures secure data transmission on the Internet (SSL/TLS).

Refunds are made to the card from which the payment was previously made. The period for receipt of funds on the card is from 1 to 30 days from the date of return by the Seller.

Delivery to third parties

Delivery to third parties is carried out on the basis of the data left in the application or by telephone by the Customer. The transfer of goods is carried out without confirmation and without identity verification.

After receipt of the Goods by the Customer or Recipient, the Seller does not accept claims regarding the quality and completeness of the Goods, and obligations are considered fulfilled in full.

Returns and exchanges

When paying with a bank payment card, cash refunds are not allowed. Settlements with the consumer upon return of the amount of money paid for the goods, upon termination of the contract for the performance of work (provision of services) are carried out in the same form in which payment for the goods, work (services) was made, unless otherwise provided by agreement of the parties.

The return procedure is governed by the rules of payment systems.

The procedure for returning goods is regulated by the Law of the Republic of Belarus of January 9, 2002 N 90-Z “On the Protection of Consumer Rights”.

• The consumer has the right to refuse the goods within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery of the goods to him;
• The consumer has the right to unilaterally refuse to fulfill the contract for the performance of work (provision of a service), subject to payment to the contractor for the expenses actually incurred by him, unless otherwise provided by law.
• The consumer's request for an exchange or return of a quality product must be satisfied if the product has not been used, its consumer properties are preserved and there is evidence of its purchase from this seller.
• The list of non-food products of good quality that are not subject to exchange or return is approved by the Government

Refunds will be made to a bank payment card within 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of receipt of the “Application for Refund” by the Company. The refund amount will be equal to the purchase amount. To return funds for transactions carried out with errors, you must submit a written application and attach checks/receipts confirming the erroneous write-off. This application must be sent by email.
