    You can pay for your order online with a Belcard, Visa, MasterCard bank card through the Alfa-Bank system.
    1. Place an order by adding the product “Add to Cart”. In payment methods, select “Pay by card”.
    2. After choosing the online payment method by bank card, you will be redirected to the secure payment page of the Alfa-Bank system.
    3. The payment page will display the order number in the online store, name of the product(s)/service, order amount and payment currency. Enter your bank card details - number, name on the card, expiration date, CVV2/CVC2 code and email address to receive an electronic card receipt and click "Pay".

    Refunds are made to the card from which the payment was previously made. The period for receipt of funds on the card is from 1 to 30 days from the date of return by the Seller.

    Delivery to third parties

    Delivery to third parties is carried out on the basis of the data left in the application or by telephone by the Customer. The transfer of goods is carried out without confirmation and without identity verification.

    After receipt of the Goods by the Customer or Recipient, the Seller does not accept claims regarding the quality and completeness of the Goods, and obligations are considered fulfilled in full.

    Returns and exchanges

    When paying with a bank payment card, cash refunds are not allowed. Settlements with the consumer upon return of the amount of money paid for the goods, upon termination of the contract for the performance of work (provision of services) are carried out in the same form in which payment for the goods, work (services) was made, unless otherwise provided by agreement of the parties.

    The return procedure is governed by the rules of payment systems.

    The procedure for returning goods is regulated by the Law of the Republic of Belarus of January 9, 2002 N 90-Z “On the Protection of Consumer Rights”.
