Pickup conditions

Pickup available on non-holidays

• Pre-orders for pickup over 70 rubles receive a 10% discount on flowers
• Discounts cannot be combined
• The discount applies only to fresh flowers and bouquets from dolinaroz.by, and applies only to pre-orders (at least 1-2 hours in advance)
• Discounts do not apply to wedding bouquets, dried flowers, and preserved bouquets/arrangements.
• When placing an order for boxed or basket arrangements, the manager may request up to 100% prepayment, as the flowers will be trimmed during assembly.

Pickup available on holidays (February 13-14, March 6-8, October 13-14, August 31-September 2)

• Minimum flower order: 100 rubles
• Orders for boxed and basket arrangements require a 50% prepayment, as flowers will be trimmed when assembling your order.
• The 10% discount on pre-orders for pickup and retail is not valid.
• If we are overwhelmed, we reserve the right to refuse your order.
