I noticed that the flowers were of poor quality only when there was enough light, I picked them up in the evening, the flowers were clearly not fresh, on their last legs, check them personally without leaving the store checkout!!!
Спасибо за обратную связь и отзыв. Под вялыми розами с вашей стороны подразумевались крайние лепестки роз (рубашка). Это нормально и имеет место быть, когда крайние лепестки у розы более "неряшливые или некрасивые", чем остальные. Их можно обрывать, можно не обрывать. Плюс у сорта кустовой розы, к которой была претензия (сорт Айопенер) всегда крайние лепестки идут более темные с каймой. Кустовые розы в букете были хорошего качества (предварительно отправили вам фото букета и плюс вы видели его в магазине). Мы всегда идем навстречу, особенно если проблем возникает в день покупки. Мы без проблем бы заменили букет в этот же день. В любом случае, нам очень жаль, что вы оставлись недовольны. Ваш отзыв помогает нам стать лучше и совершенствоваться на разных этапах работы.

The flowers are so small that a bouquet of 9 branches of peony roses looks like there are three branches, the bouquet is clearly not worth the money!!! The same story happened on March 8, not only were the tulips pinched by the string and the stems damaged, but they were also half-rotten, and again the bouquet of 51 tulips was disappointing because it looked very small!
