Говно сервис. Говно фирма. Говно сотрудники. Три раза делал заказ у этих хозяином цветов, три раза какой-то косяк... То цветы не те.. заказал букет за неделю, на определенное время. Т.к. бы л заказан столик в ресторане.. Позвонила девушка утром, сказала встречайте в течении 2 часов.. я извиняюсь, курьер очень хотел пораньше закончить,свой рабочий день???? Теперь курьер решает??? Заказал 11 букетов на 8 марта , нашим любимым и самым красивым девушкам в офис. За неделю!!!! Обговорил с менеджером,просил, 5 цветков в букете и все разные цветом.. х.... Там два цвета держите, даже не позвонили. Просто наиАли.. Короче, кто хочет испортить себе праздник, то ва сюда.. и да.. цветок говно у вас, умирают на второй день. +375291335523 Денис. На связи

На день рождения дочери на 20 марта заказала 23 белые розы, плюшевого зайчика и открытку. Цветы свежие и очень красивые. Доставили вовремя, сюрприз удался, именинница очень довольна! Как многие здесь был доволен сервисом ,покупал раз в год хорошие букеты с доставкой. Но не в этот раз, юбилей себрянный брака, розы жене,этих нет ,ок ,давайте эти,фото ,не вопрос. На третий день гниль пошла ,бутоны не распускаются , стебли пожухли. Еще куча телодвижений в вотцапе,фото,рассмотрение и что ? Замена,возврат денег, части денег ,нет , 15 на след.покупку и совет не покупать розы если хотите чтобы цветы стояли больше трех дней ,серьезно ? А что ,раньше ,все было ок и стояли больше двух недель. Короче ,имейте ввиду рано или поздно вас подставят или будьте к этому готовы . Бизнес чувствительный ,но помоему и в цене и риски должны быть недовольства заложены. Всетаки это особые случаи для букетов по 50-100 долларов, и ничто не должно омрачать праздник иначе профанация .<br><br>Что интересно, в германии в дискаунтерах в конце недели покупаешь цветы на 30-50 дешевое,так вот они стоят неделю и стоят сущие копейки . А бывают распродажи честные в РБ ,цветам неделя полцены ? Куда левается некондиция ? Думаю моя ошибка была делать заказ 10.03 ,большой соблазн вдуть остатки после 8-го марта.<br><br>Посоветую три раза подумать прежде чем потратить 100долларов на цветы при заказе доставкой , вина то точно не ваша ,не сами выбирали ,стабильности не будет при каждой поставке может и не быть. А тем менеджерам ,которые отвечают что так может быть и никто не виноват , пожелаю только такие цветы в подарок и получать. <br><br>Уверен ,что как раз то они знают ответ почему розы стояли три дня.<br><br>Как бы не были все остальные довольны и я в том числе раньше , больше не хочется рисковать у них.<br><br>Жаль что мы как потребители остаемся ни с чем и с осадком и испорченным праздником.

Unfortunately, I was very disappointed. The flowers were not fresh—upon delivery, it was already clear that some of the buds were wilted and looked lifeless. The very next day, they started to wither rapidly—the buds drooped, and the petals lost their appearance. I immediately contacted the store and requested a replacement bouquet, but my request was denied. Moreover, I got in touch with the store manager, who said that the issue was “unsolvable” and nothing would be replaced. The manager stated that he “did not see a problem,” referred to it as a regular flower shipment, and added that the flowers might have gotten disheveled during courier delivery. It is very unpleasant to face such an attitude toward customers, especially when it concerns a gift and a special occasion. I had hoped for customer focus and understanding, but unfortunately, that did not happen. I cannot recommend this store and advise checking the quality of the flowers carefully upon receipt.

I ordered 51 roses, they looked beautiful, but there's one problem—the flowers lasted only 2 days, then they wilted and crumbled. We took care of them, maintained the right temperature, and changed the water. So the beauty lasted only 2 days, I'm disappointed. I've ordered from other places before, and the flowers lasted a month.

К сожалению, стойкость цветов зависит не только от цветочного магазина и флористов, но и от очень многих других факторов, например, уход и внешние условия. Доставка была осуществлена в ресторан, возможно, находился долго без воды или подмерзли при транспортировке в квартиру (сейчас на улице очень сильный мороз, что губительно может быть для цветов), или, например, не подрезали стебли. В вашем заказе была свежая белорусская роза Ред Наоми, была в хорошем качестве передана (предварительно еще высылали фото). Привезли данный сорт с теплицы в этот же день 13 января, что подтверждается накладными. Очень жаль, что цветы недолго порадовали.

Ordered a bouquet of chrysanthemums on December 13. It looked more or less decent when handed over, but after unpacking it at home, it turned out that half of the chrysanthemum stems had been cut into pieces—basically, just a branch with one flower remained. It all looked very unpresentable, and the flowers were already ready to be thrown out. It seemed like they stuffed the bouquet with all the leftovers and substandard flowers they had. Some buds simply fell off while I was delivering the bouquet to the recipient.

Ruined my mood for the entire day!!! Until this moment, I often bought flowers on Leonida Bedy Street. I liked their unusual and diverse bouquets—actually, half of the bouquets given to me were also from there, and I had no major complaints... BUT on a very important day for me, they really let me down! It was my mother's anniversary, so I took care of the flowers in advance. A week before the celebration, I ordered a large bouquet from a girl, showed references from their own account, explained my preferences—I thought we understood each other. But the long-awaited day arrives, and they bring out something random in pink wrapping (we had agreed on neutral wrapping). They shoved in flowers I specifically asked not to be included. The only thing from my request were red French roses, and even those were half the size shown on the website. When I voiced my dissatisfaction, they offered to remake the bouquet—and that’s when it got interesting, because there was basically nothing to work with (since it had been Mother’s Day earlier that week). They told me, “We made the bouquet with what was left at the end of the week.” Maybe I don't understand something, but isn’t that exactly why people place orders in advance—to get the fresh flowers they want to be sure they’re available? In the end, I had to go to another flower shop and look for an alternative... This is actually my first time ever leaving a negative review, but I still haven’t gotten over this incident, so I want to warn potential customers!!! Terrible customer service!!!

For "Mother's Day" we ordered a bouquet and a balloon with delivery - thank you so much, everything was just wonderful! After the order, the manager called back to confirm all the details, sent a photo of the finished bouquet for approval - everything was top-notch! I especially want to thank you for the opportunity to reschedule the delivery time – there was a minor unexpected issue, but they accommodated us despite the high holiday workload! French roses are not worth the price of 11 rubles!!! Before the holiday, the price of 8 rubles was more appropriate for such flowers! Two bouquets were pre-ordered with 3 red French roses each. One was ordered with wrapping and eucalyptus branches, but in the end, it was just tied with a ribbon. We had to urgently look for wrapping. My husband returned the second bouquet before even reaching the car. Two out of the three flowers had wilted leaves, although fresh roses from a new shipment were promised! In the end, instead of the promised French roses, we had to buy long red roses, which I don't like!!! The holiday was ruined, along with my mood!

For the first time, disappointment with the store's pricing policy! The French Rose was listed on the website at 8 rubles, there was no price tag in the store, and the salesperson quoted a price of 11 rubles. When I asked, the response was that prices had changed for Mother's Day! That's almost a 40% price increase! But that's not the main issue, even though I run a B2B business where not only are there no such price hikes, but the profit margins are significantly lower! Disappointment due to unmet expectations. Conclusion: this approach is possible, but it's unlikely to be a promising strategy!

She always puts together the best bouquet from the finest flowers. She always recommends only the very best. She explains everything, shows everything. She is patient even with the most demanding clients. I have watched her work many times. She truly loves what she does – you can tell by the way she handles the flowers. We have been cooperating with your store on Romanovskaya Sloboda for over two years. We buy bouquets for the organization and have never had any issues… Until a new employee appeared, or maybe I was just lucky before with the bouquets. I bought from this employee for the second time today. I have never seen such sloppy bouquet wrapping — the first time the entire wrapping fell apart as soon as I stepped outside. Today, I asked to have the bouquet wrapped in three layers of paper (as this is standard with other employees), and although they did it, there were tantrums, torn first layer of wrapping, carelessness, and everything else… Maybe Darya should be sent to a training course so she doesn’t completely ruin your organization's image??? If needed, I can send a photo of the bouquet.
