First of all, I have been buying flowers exclusively at the store on Romanovskaya Sloboda for over two years now. Secondly, Darya is one of the most highly skilled florists at Valley of Roses. She always puts together the best bouquet from the finest flowers. She always recommends only the very best. She explains everything, shows everything. She is patient even with the most demanding clients. I have watched her work many times. She truly loves what she does – you can tell by the way she handles the flowers. I just want to say thank you to Darya for her work, responsiveness, precision, and invaluable advice. The flowers arranged by this girl last an incredibly long time and bring joy to those who receive them. Wishing Valley of Roses continued prosperity, growth, and all the very best! The product quality is just superb! And your florist girls are simply magicians!

We have been cooperating with your store on Romanovskaya Sloboda for over two years. We buy bouquets for the organization and have never had any issues… Until a new employee appeared, or maybe I was just lucky before with the bouquets. I bought from this employee for the second time today. I have never seen such sloppy bouquet wrapping — the first time the entire wrapping fell apart as soon as I stepped outside. Today, I asked to have the bouquet wrapped in three layers of paper (as this is standard with other employees), and although they did it, there were tantrums, torn first layer of wrapping, carelessness, and everything else… Maybe Darya should be sent to a training course so she doesn’t completely ruin your organization's image??? If needed, I can send a photo of the bouquet.

Considering that your website does not deliver the first bouquet or even the second one…, there are very significant comments… The inscription on the cards, in the hand of a first-grader, the handwriting is clumsy, crooked to the point of ugliness…). When loved ones send sincere words and this in an ugly image is blasphemy, especially along with a bouquet of 51 roses…, not three…!!! Also today they delivered a bouquet with a card with absolutely crooked handwriting, I would say disgusting, and the bouquet design is "do it yourself"!!! Return the money for the design and the card, it's terrible, just a slap in the face. Regarding the freshness of the roses, there are no questions.
